Meet the Staff of Donaldson Animal Hospital!

Michael Donaldson, DVM
Dr. Donaldson grew up on a farm in Romeo, Michigan and becoming a veterinarian was always his career goal. He fulfilled this goal when he graduated from Michigan State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 1964.

After spending five years in Birmingham as an associate veterinarian, he purchased an existing building which housed a real estate office. The building was renovated, and on November 1st, 1969 Donaldson Animal Hospital opened for business!

After 44 years of providing veterinary care, Dr. Donaldson still loves pets and pet people. He's grateful that internet research and constant contact with nearby specialists has allowed him to stay current with the latest medical developments.

Dr. Donaldson can only say ... "What a wonderful career this has been!"
